The fully automatic mold furnace adopts an intelligent temperature control system to achieve rapid heating and precise temperature control, and is widely used for preheating and temperature control of aluminum extrusion molds. The equipment operates stably, is energy-efficient, and can effectively reduce mold wear, improve the stability of extrusion production, and increase the yield of qualified products.

The Quenching System is a critical component of the aluminum extrusion line, responsible for rapidly cooling extruded profiles to achieve required mechanical properties and dimensional stability. With customizable air, water, and mist quenching configurations, the system ensures efficient cooling, improved alloy performance, and high-quality final products.

Full automatic aluminum extrusion billet heating furnace with hot log shear for aluminum profiles, designed for both single and multiple billet heating. Features include energy-saving burners, thermal insulation (350-450mm), support for natural gas, LPG, and diesel, and full automatic or semi-automatic operation. Suitable for billets with diameters of 3 to 15 inches and lengths of 3 to 8 meters.

Automatic framing machines are used for the automatic arrangement and framing of aluminum profiles and industrial profiles. They can seamlessly integrate with extrusion, cooling bed, and packaging processes, achieving a highly efficient, standardized, and low-labor profile framing process.  They are an important piece of automation equipment in modern aluminum profile production lines.

The aging furnace is used for the artificial aging treatment of aluminum profiles after extrusion. Through precise temperature control and a circulating hot air system, it enables the profiles to obtain the required mechanical properties (T5/T6). The equipment is stable, energy-efficient, and has good temperature uniformity, making it a key heat treatment equipment for improving the strength and hardness of aluminum profiles.
