Full automatic aluminum extrusion billet heating furnace with hot log shear for aluminum profiles, designed for both single and multiple billet heating. Features include energy-saving burners, thermal insulation (350-450mm), support for natural gas, LPG, and diesel, and full automatic or semi-automatic operation. Suitable for billets with diameters of 3 to 15 inches and lengths of 3 to 8 meters.

The aluminum profile extrusion cooling bed is used for cooling, traction, leveling, and collecting profiles after they exit the extruder.
