The Quenching System—also known as the Extrusion Quench Unit—is installed immediately after the extrusion press to rapidly reduce the temperature of hot aluminum profiles. By controlling cooling intensity and uniformity, the system helps achieve the necessary metallurgical structure required for T5/T6 heat-treatment standards.
It is engineered for continuous operation, precise process control, and stable performance across various aluminum alloys.
Air Quenching: High-pressure fans deliver adjustable airflow for uniform surface cooling.
Water Quenching: High-pressure spray nozzles provide intensive cooling for hard alloys.
Mist / Mixed Quench: Combines air and water for balanced temperature control.
